Home > Return Policy Exchanges and Returns If you receive a defective product you must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. To be eligible for credit, all returns must meet the following conditions: Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Exchanges will only be accepted within this thirty (30) day period. Returns after thirty (30) days but within ninty (90) days of the purchase date will qualify for store credit. No returns will be excepted past ninty (90) days. The item(s) must be clean, unworn, unwashed, free of defects and in salable condition. All shoe returns must include the original shoebox, also in it’s original undamaged condition. Retro Cuties Inc. reserves the right for the final judgment in this regard. No credit will be given until the returned merchandise has been inspected and evaluated by Retro Cuties Inc. Credit will be given via the original method of payment or refund check. Store credit can be applied to open invoices and future orders only. For exchanges you will receive the new item(s) upon receipt and evaluation of the returned item(s). Full credit will be given on goods returned due to manufacturing defect or Retro Cuties Inc.’s shipping error. In either case, Retro Cuties Inc. will also reimburse the applicable shipping charge to the customer. In NO event shall our liability extend beyond the full credit and the shipping charge. Cross shipping will be charged before Retro Cuties Inc. receives the returned merchandise. Returns for reasons other than the above are subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee. In addition, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges. Retro Cuties Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns due to claims relative to merchandise’s sizing, fitting, color, or dimensions, and has the final say in this regard. How to Send Back Your Return or Exchange Retro Cuties Inc. does not pay for shipping fees on returns or exchanges unless due to manufacturing defect or Retro Cuties Inc.’s shipping error. In order to send a return or exchange, the customer must pay for postage and ship the item with this “Exchanges and Returns” form. COMPLETELY fill out this “Exchanges and Returns” form and include it with the returned merchandise. Merchandise returned without the completely filled out “Exchanges and Returns” form is subject to a 10% service charge. Please note that we do not issue call tags. All returns must be prepaid.
